From traditional dishes like maple glazed pork loin with cinnamon apples, southern smothered chicken with balsamic potato hash, grilled flank steak with portabella mushroom gravy to Caribbean favorites like curry chicken, Jerk Chicken, and Ackee Fish, our chefs are quite capable of handling a wide variety of cuisine types.

creole/cajun (crejun)

Our signature line is from what we call our Crejun Collection. It is a fusion of both New Orleans Creole and Cajun cuisine. Since the two cultures have always blended and borrowed from one another, we’ve done the same in coming up with the name Crejun. The menu selections from this type of cuisine includes popular favorites like crawfish etouffee, shrimp creole, jambalaya, seafood gumbo and many more.

We also offer savory selections from our Contemporary Crejun Cuisine which is a juxtaposition of old culinary favorites prepared in new and innovative ways.   • Fried Green Station: choose from:
    • Seasoned, fresh breaded green tomatoes or okra fried to perfection and served hot with your choice of roasted red pepper sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, goat cheese and creamed corn salsa. 
  • Shots, Shooters & Tini Bar - Our Chef/Barmaster will serve up Creole Libations starting with a base of tequila, vodka or vermouth: Shaken or stirred with lemon, lime or orange juice. Available condiments include fresh horseradish, Daikon, pickled ginger, raw oysters, mussels, clams, shrimp, or crawfish, crunchy mirliton, radish sprouts, chile scallion oil or tabassco, served in a shot glass or martini glass.
  • Louisiana Popcorn Fry Station - Prepared on site by our chef. Your choice of fresh oysters, crawfish tails, and catfish nuggets, dredged in our own special seasoned breading and fried on site. Served hot with your favorite condiments.
