Our signature dishes are both Creole and Cajun in origin. We like to refer to our signature dishes as “Crejun,” a combination of both Creole and Cajun. However, our culinary talents do not end with our “crejun” menu. Our culinary team is quite capable of producing mouthwatering traditional fare to customized menus to accommodate your personal preferences.
